Cable for 5g Communication Base Station, High Temperature Resistant Cable Rail Transit Cable

Scope of application
It is suitable for electrical distribution systems, control systems, and electrical equipment cables for railway passenger car wire and cable with rated voltage 3kv or lower in signal system.Especially suitable for narrow spaces and occasions with special requirements such as low smoke, halogen free, flame retardant, etc.

Use characteristics

Rated voltage (AC) is divided into 500V, 700V, 1500V, 3000V
When the cable is used for a long time, the maximum working temperature of the core does not exceed 1250C, and the temperature of conductor shall not exceed 2500C at short circuit for 5 seconds.
Minimum ambient temperature of the cable:

The Minimum ambient temperature of non-high-strength thin-walled railway passenger car cable is -400C,
The Minimum ambient temperature of high-strength thin-walled railway passenger car cable is -600C.

4.Non-high-strength thin-walled railway passenger car cables are allowed to be used in oil-contaminated environments.

5.Allowable bending radius for cable laying:

When the cable diameter is less than or equal to 10mm, the allowable bending radius of the cable laying is not more than twice the outer diameter of the cable.
cable diameter≤10mm, allowable bending radius≤2 times the outer diameter of the cable,
10mm≤cable diameter ≤ 20mm, allowable bending radius ≤ 4 times the outer diameter of the cable,
cable diameter ≥20mm, allowable bending radius≤6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
