PYD-1220D Pyroelectric Infrared Detector
Lithium tantalate pyroelectric infrared detector is a thermal detector with excellent performance. The Curie
temperature of lithium tantalate crystal material is above 600 ℃. Therefore, in a wide range of room temperature,
the pyroelectric coefficient of the material changes very little with temperature, and the temperature change rate of
the output signal is only 1-2‰. The temperature stability of the device performance is very good. Lithium
tantalate pyroelectric detectors are mainly used for infrared radiation temperature measurement, spectral
measurement, liquid impurity content analysis, gas analysis, radiation power and energy measurement, laser
power and energy measurement, fire detection, human movement alarm, etc. PYD-1220D pyroelectric infrared
detector is used for open flame detection. (Measuring distance≥50M)
